Bedrooms:

Villa Rosa has 3 bedrooms each with an ensuite bath or shower room, one double and two twins, one of which is reached by an external staircase.

Reception:

There is an open plan circular lounge with an wood burning fireplace. Attractive indoor dining room for 6 guests.

Kitchen:

The kitchen is fully equipped with new top-quality appliances, including oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, iron & board, etc.,

Leisure:

Satellite TV, Wireless broadband (please bring your own laptop), Stereo CD / Radio, Playstation 2 / DVD, a selection of CDs, DVDs, books and board games

General:

Washing machine, house linen (including towels but please bring your own beach towels). All rooms have under floor central heating and ceiling fans and a heated towel rail in each bathroom..

Outside:

There is a large patio (covered and open sections) with a private floodlit pool and shower. There are also two outside dining areas, each with seating for 6, a barbecue and umbrella as well as several sun loungers.  To the front of the property there is off-road parking for 2 cars.

A car is essential in order to reach the shops restaurants and other attractions of the area. Villa Rosa is on a steep hillside and is unsuitable for wheelchair access. The lower bedroom is also unsuitable for small children.
